Terms of Service
Do not purchase a commission slot until 1) you’ve sent an email to me with a filled out commission form, and 2) we’ve come to an agreement and I’ve given you the OK to purchase a slot on Ko-Fi.
Upfront payment in full. 2 revision checkpoints are included - 1 after the sketch WIP (1 major revision) and 1 after the render WIP (few minor revisions). Please use these checkpoints to make sure things are in shape, especially during the sketch phase when things are more malleable!
Commissions are completed within a 2 week - 1 month window. If for whatever reason I cannot deliver during this window, I will contact you with information regarding a new delivery date.
Commission work begins after 1) commission form is emailed, 2) mutual agreement to proceed, and 3) Paypal payment is claimed. All WIPs will be shared via email.
All commissions are for non-commercial purposes— personal use only. You may repost your commission on social media with due credit (i.e., my name + Twitter handle @AllThingsGrape). You may NOT resell to any third parties nor mint/resell as any form of cryptocurrency/NFT.
I own all rights to the commission and may use them for my personal use (i.e., portfolio, social media).
All paid and finished commission requests are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. The only case there will be a refund is if the commission process has already started and I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason.
